Returns Policy

All products except panty products are eligible for return within 15 days from date of purchase. NOTE: all panty products are undergarments and as such are not eligible for returns. This 15 day return policy is limited to Singapore, and is for unworn/unused products only. All returns are inspected upon receipt at the returns facility.

Initiate Your Return

To return your product, simply email with your name, address and order number. You will then be contacted by our returns team within 2 working days of your email who will arrange the collection of the products at a time which is convenient for you - don't worry will cover the cost of the return shipping!

Once your product has been collected, the inspection your item and issuance of your refund will take up to 7 working days. In the event that your product is not eligible for a refund, you will be contacted again by our returns team who will arrange for the product to be sent back to you.

For refunds, we will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt of your packaged return according to the policies stated above.

UpSpring is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.
