Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed - please reach out to us as soon as possible at rbdigital@dksh.com or call us at +65 6962 3157 09:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri, excl. public holidays).


If your order has already been passed to our delivery partner the order will not be able to be cancelled. If you would still like to return the products, we offer a 15 day returns policy from date of purchase on our Milkflow and Shrinkx ranges for products which are unused / unworn. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

I ordered the wrong thing, can I change my order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. I put in the wrong email address / phone number for my order. Can you change it?

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We're sorry you received the wrong products in your delivery. Please reach out to us via email rbdigital@dksh.com or call us at +65 6962 3157 09:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri, excl. public holidays and we will arrange the exchange to the correct products.

My product is damaged, what should I do?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our delivery service, we're sorry you received damaged items in your order. Please reach out to us via email rbdigital@dksh.com or call us at +65 6962 3157 09:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri, excl. public holidays and we will arrange the product exchange.

We are proud to offer free 1-2 working day shipping with no minimum spend on all orders purchased through upspring.sg

I'm not in Singapore, can I still order from UpSpring.sg?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship outside of Singapore at this time from UpSpring.sg

Can I return my order?

We offer a 15 day returns policy from date of purchase on our Milkflow and Shrinkx ranges for products which are unused / unworn. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns / refunds for our C-Panty range. To return your product, simply email rbdigital@dksh.com with your name, address, order number and the details of which product you would like to return. You will then be contacted by our returns team within 2 working days of your email who will arrange the collection of the products at a time which is convenient for you - don't worry UpSpring.sg will cover the cost of the return shipping! I don't have my order number but I want to return my purchase, how can I do that?

I want to return my C-Panty. How do I do this?

As C-Panty is an undergarment, unfortunately we are not able to accept a return on this product

I returned my product but I haven't gotten refunded yet. 

For returns, we will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt of your packaged return according to the policies stated below. If your product is not eligible for return then a member of our returns team will contact you to arrange for the product to be returned to you free of charge.
